Data Retention

- Active account data (registration details, KYC documents, transaction logs): Retained for the duration of the active account relationship plus a minimum of 5 years following account closure, in accordance with anti-money-laundering record-keeping requirements.
- Customer support communications (emails, live-chat transcripts, dispute records): Retained for 3 years from the date of the last communication in a given thread.
- Analytics and usage data: Aggregated and anonymised after 13 months. Anonymised data is no longer personal data and may be retained indefinitely for platform performance research.
- Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of active consent plus 2 years after consent is withdrawn, to demonstrate compliance with consent obligations.
- Fraud and security logs (IP addresses, device fingerprints, risk scores): Retained for 5 years from the date of the flagged event, or longer if required by an active investigation or legal proceeding.
