General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jlievo ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at jlievo.net. By accessing the jlievo website, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, or sports betting markets — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

jlievo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered Players will be notified by email and/or via an on-screen notice upon next login. Continued use of the jlievo platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jlievo's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific Bonus Terms that apply to individual promotions. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and a specific policy document, the more specific document shall prevail in respect of that particular subject matter.

jlievo operates as an online entertainment platform providing casino games, live dealer services, crash games, and sports betting products primarily to players located in Bangladesh. All balances, transactions, and displayed odds are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless explicitly stated otherwise within a specific product section.

Account Registration

To participate in any real-money activity on jlievo — including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and crash games — you must first register a Player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. jlievo reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide at any time.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain a jlievo account, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jlievo is strictly an adults-only platform. No exceptions are made to the minimum age requirement under any circumstances.
• You are registering and playing as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the jlievo platform under a self-exclusion agreement or as a result of a terms violation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any person employed by or contracted to jlievo or its affiliated game-studio providers.
• Participation is permitted under the laws applicable to your location at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.

One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on jlievo. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device profiles — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jlievo employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated balances and pending bonuses may be forfeited without notice, and all accounts may be closed.

Identity Verification (KYC)

jlievo applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all registered accounts. Verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence showing full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months, showing your name and address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used to make deposits, confirming ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or submission of documents that are found to be fraudulent, altered, or inconsistent with account registration data, will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jlievo are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jlievo does not charge Players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside jlievo's control.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit at jlievo is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit amount, though transaction limits imposed by your payment provider may apply.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your jlievo account balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• Deposits via Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank may take up to 30 minutes depending on the processing infrastructure of the respective institution.
• jlievo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your jlievo account.
• Deposited funds are for entertainment purposes only. jlievo does not offer credit facilities or allow Players to wager funds they do not possess at the time of placing a bet.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds return to the verified account holder.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 2–6 hours for fully verified jlievo accounts. First-time withdrawals on a new account may take up to 24 hours while KYC documents are reviewed.
• jlievo reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems to present elevated risk, including but not limited to unusually large withdrawal requests or accounts with incomplete KYC status.
• Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day, on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Bonus & Promotions

jlievo operates a daily bonus programme that includes morning free spins, Friday reload bonuses, Monday cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day, and BPL season milestones. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the terms set out in this section, as well as any specific conditions published alongside the individual offer.

General Bonus Conditions

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus balance being removed from your account.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rate for each game category is disclosed in the offer terms.
3. Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of crediting. Free spins expire within 24 hours of issuance unless otherwise stated. Reload and cashback bonuses expire within 7 days. Seasonal promotional bonuses carry individual expiry terms stated at the point of issue.
4. Bonus Abuse: jlievo operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematically placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus grinding"), using prohibited software to automate play, and collusion between Players to accumulate bonus credits. Where bonus abuse is identified, jlievo reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the implicated account(s), and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
5. Maximum Bonus Conversion: Unless stated otherwise in specific offer terms, the maximum amount that may be converted from bonus funds to withdrawable real-money balance is capped at ৳10,000 per individual bonus offer.
6. No Cash Alternative: Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and may not be sold or traded.

User Obligations

As a registered Player on jlievo, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with jlievo, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, navigate the platform, claim bonuses, or gain any advantage over other Players or the platform itself.
• Colluding with other Players in any game where collusion would affect the outcome or odds to the detriment of other participants or the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on jlievo's sportsbook.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in jlievo's games or platform systems. Where a Player becomes aware of a technical error that has resulted in an incorrect payout or display, they are obligated to report it to [email protected] immediately. Winnings accrued as a result of a demonstrable technical error are not valid and must be returned.
• Using the jlievo platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity. jlievo maintains active anti-money-laundering procedures and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person, or allowing any third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Accessing jlievo from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, where jlievo has indicated it does not accept Players, or where doing so would place you or jlievo in violation of applicable regulations.

You agree to indemnify and hold jlievo, its directors, employees, and service providers harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law in connection with your use of the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

jlievo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a formal request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (defined as no login activity for 12 consecutive months). Inactive accounts may be charged a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player.

When an account is closed at the Player's own request (voluntary closure), any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC verification is complete and no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to the balance.

When an account is closed by jlievo due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that cannot be linked to fraudulent or prohibited activity may be refunded at jlievo's discretion following investigation.

Responsible Gaming

jlievo is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and transparent gaming environment for all Players. We recognise that gambling can pose a risk to some individuals, and we actively provide tools and resources to help Players stay in control of their activity at all times.

This platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. jlievo enforces age verification on every account before the first withdrawal is processed. We cooperate with guardians and family members who report suspected underage access and take all such reports seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jlievo Players, accessible at any time from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen alerts at intervals of your choosing (e.g., every 30 minutes, every hour) to remind you of the time spent playing.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jlievo platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum self-exclusion period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion term.
• Reality Check: View a real-time summary of your session activity, including total bets placed, total winnings, and net position for the current session.

Liability & Disputes

jlievo provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, free from technical errors, or that all game results will be free from technical anomalies. Where a genuine technical error results in an incorrect payout — whether overpayment or underpayment — jlievo reserves the right to correct the error. Winnings paid in error are not valid and must be returned upon request.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlievo's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their jlievo account in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlievo shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jlievo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Dispute Resolution Process

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: All disputes must first be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Dispute — [brief description]". Please include your registered account name, the date and time of the disputed event, the amount involved, and a clear description of your concern.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: The jlievo compliance team will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within 48 hours and will conduct a full review using server-side logs, transaction records, and game round data. A formal response will be issued within 5 business days.
3. Step 3 — Final Decision: jlievo's written decision following the internal review constitutes the platform's final position on the dispute. The decision will set out the findings, the evidence reviewed, and any remedial action to be taken.

All disputes are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of jlievo shall be conducted in English.
